About Us

Rujuta Developers has been established by Mr.Sunil Jugalkishor Baheti & Mr.Shrikant Jugalkishor Baheti in 2002. Their family business included being cement dealers and suppliers of ancillary material for the construction industry. The next step of growth for the young and dynamic promoters was naturally venturing into the construction business themselves.

Their first two projects were a solo venture – a housing complex in Baner and a rowhouse project in Balewadi. Both these projects were a grand success. Their subsequent venture is a township project called ‘Nirman Viva’ at Ambegaon Budruk. This project is in association with Nirman Developers (promoted by Mr.Sandeep Maheshwari & Mr.Sashikant Sule), a reputed construction house from Pune. The promoters now have again tied up with Amit Constructions for ‘Gardenia’, an apartment complex in Sus, a fast growing suburb in Pune. Amit Constructions has been promoted by Mr. Milind Talathi, who has been the driving force behind the Shroff Group till 2010.
